What to write to us about

• A problem with the app. Please include your phone model, the app version (Settings, About) and what you expected to happen.
• A wrong campground detail, such as a closed site or a wrong RV length limit. Campground data comes from public records and can be out of date; tell us the campground name and we will check it. Reservations and availability are handled by Recreation.gov, not by us.
• A purchase question. For refunds, Apple and Google handle the payment, so use Apple’s “Report a Problem” page or Google Play’s order history. For restoring a purchase, see Support.
• A privacy request. See the privacy policy.
